December 19, 2015 in Novomoskovsk the College of Olympic reserve officers of the company «Novomoskovsk-remstroyservis» handed over norms GTO.

In a number of standards, depending on the age of the participants, included the following disciplines:
— tightening of the vise lying on the lower crossbar;
— flexion and extension arms in emphasis lying on the floor;
— lifting the torso from a prone position on the floor;
— bending forward from a standing position with straight legs;
— swimming 50 meters;
chin — UPS with a hang on the high bar;
— long jump from place push the two legs;
— kettlebell snatch.

Just deliver the standards TRP was attended by 30 people (20 men and 10 women) in the age group of 18 to 69 years.

The results of the standards each participant will be recorded in the database all-Russian sports complex «Ready for labor and defense» and will be taken into account in the following ratios to obtain the symbol «TRP».

19 декабря 2015 года в Новомосковском колледже олимпийского резерва сотрудники компании ООО «Новомосковск-ремстройсервис» сдавали нормы ГТО.

В число нормативов, в зависимости от возраста участников, включались следующие дисциплины:
— подтягивание из виса лежа на нижней перекладине;
— сгибание и разгибание рук в упоре лежа на полу;
— поднимание туловища из положения лежа на полу;
— наклон вперед из положения стоя с прямыми ногами;
— плавание на 50 метров;
— подтягивание из виса на высокой перекладине;
— прыжок в длину с места толчком двумя ногами;
— рывок гири.

Всего в сдаче норм ГТО приняло участие 30 человек (20 мужчин и 10 женщин) в возрастной категории от 18 до 69 лет.

Результаты нормативов каждого участника будут занесены в базу Всероссийского физкультурно-спортивного комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне» и будут учтены при выполнении последующих нормативов для получения знака «ГТО».
